LTS Mission Statement: One suicide is one to many.

LTS is a Non-Profit organization that is connecting Active Service members, Veterans and NFL Alumni to resources that will help create suicide awareness and reduce suicide in the State of Washington.

Veterans and Players, whether leaving the battlefield or playing field, may struggle with the transition. Oftentimes, one’s identity is so closely tied to what they do that they may not know who they are without combat or sport. This transition may amplify ineffective thought patterns as well as feelings associated with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and suicidal thought. LTS team’s intention is to provide various resources as well as a support system to help individuals better navigate their new playing field, whatever that may be, so that they may thrive.
